Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Annual Maintenance Plans and related services provided by Magnum Integrated Services Pvt Ltd, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
1. What These Terms Cover
When you purchase an Annual Maintenance Plan, we agree to maintain the equipment listed in your Proposal Form for the period stated in that document.
The Proposal Form defines:
- The systems or equipment covered
- The number of preventive maintenance visits
- The service frequency
- The annual fee
2. What We Will Do
Under your Plan, we will:
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits as scheduled
- Inspect equipment according to the relevant maintenance checklist
- Identify faulty or worn components
- Carry out minor repairs or adjustments during the visit when feasible
- Schedule larger repairs in coordination with you
- Respond to breakdown calls and assess required action
3. Visit Timing
Preventive maintenance visits will be carried out during regular working hours on Magnum working days, unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.
4. Your Responsibilities
To help us deliver service efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide safe and unrestricted access to all covered equipment
- Arrange shutdown approvals when required
- Provide access to plant rooms, panels, rooftops, and locked areas
- Inform us of site safety rules before work begins
- Maintain a safe working environment for our personnel
5. Materials and Repair Charges
The Annual Maintenance fee covers routine preventive service only.
You will be charged separately for:
- Replacement materials and spare parts
- Major or complex repairs
- Labour required beyond standard preventive maintenance
We will determine the labour and materials required for repair work.
6. Services Not Included
The following services are not included in the Plan but can be provided at additional cost:
- Shifting or relocation of equipment
- Painting or cosmetic works
- Replacement of missing or stolen parts
- Supply of accessories not originally listed
- Any service not clearly stated in your Proposal Form
7. Liability
We are not responsible for consequential losses, third-party claims, or indirect damages arising from equipment failure or service delays.
8. Plan Duration
Your Plan remains valid for the period stated in your Proposal Form. Renewal is not automatic and requires confirmation.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the Plan in writing.
If terminated early, we will refund fees on a pro-rata basis after deducting any outstanding dues.
10. Transfer
The Plan is not transferable. A change in site ownership may result in Plan termination at our discretion.
11. Taxes
All applicable central, state, or municipal taxes are payable by you in addition to the Plan fee.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
